Lighting

Regina Bruni Professional Lighting

"The lighting design for Amalfi required sensitivity and precision in every decision, making the experience enriching, challenging and full of new learnings. Every light detail was studied to enhance the architecture, create unique atmospheres and provide visual comfort. We sought the perfect balance between aesthetics, functionality and emotion. After all, the best lighting design is not seen — it is felt."

Landscaping

Boa Vista Paisagismo

"Amalfi's landscaping reinterprets the Amalfi Coast. The greenery rising along the facade echoes the steep Italian coastlines, while the garden unfolds through the leisure spaces like a refuge in nature. Committed to sustainability, we prioritized native coastal plants that adapt to the sun and sea breeze of Santa Catarina without sacrificing color and the beauty of local flora."

Architecture

Via Arquitetura

"Amalfi stands out for the elegance of its contemporary lines and the lightness of its curved forms. Inspired by the Amalfi Coast, its architecture combines natural elements — earthy cladding and integrated greenery — with large glazed panels that enhance natural light and views. The robust base contrasts with the tower's lightness, creating a sophisticated balance between solidity and fluidity."

Structure

Optima Estrutural

"At Amalfi, we designed the pre-stressed concrete structure to bring grandeur to every space: average spans of 8.50m create spacious apartments with unobstructed views. The same solution provides ample parking, enhancing residents' daily comfort. On the facade, circular pillars convey presence and lightness — a direct reference to the elegance of the Amalfi Coast."
