The founding
mark of Vici
in Barra Velha

Inspired by the most beautiful village of the Cinque Terre archipelago in Italy, Riomaggiore is the development that established Vici's presence in Barra Velha — and defined the standard of excellence that characterizes all of the developer's projects.

Delivered on time and with the highest resident satisfaction, Riomaggiore proved that Vici's philosophy — meaningful architecture, superior construction quality and client commitment — translates into reality.

Today, its residents enjoy a development that values quality of life, with all the differentials that a premium developer can offer.
